Meet the Team

​​​​​Kristina Halberg, DNP-C was born in Wichita Falls Texas, and raised in rural Clay County. Kristina married her best friend, Stephen Halberg, and followed him during his USAF career. During that time, she finished her BS in business administration and Associate in both Nursing and Applied Science. She then proceeded to graduate from Midwestern State University with her BSN and MSN. Her final educational accomplishment was her DNP from Chamberlain University.

Kristina has thrived as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the local area and is blessed to provide care across the lifespan in Wichita Falls. In addition to her aesthetics career at Clarke, she works at Texoma Primary Care and also assists with educating future family nurse practitioners at Midwestern State University. Kristina is an experienced family nurse practitioner with 14 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in the North Texas region.

She enjoys helping patients to feel like the very best version of themselves. Aesthetics provides an opportunity for Kristina to help people in their journey towards highlighting natural beauty, anti-aging techniques, and healthy skin care. Kristina has been married to Stephen for 27 years and they have four children: (Hope – 24 years old, Emma – 20 years old, Jonathan – 19 years old, and Dakota – 9 years old). Her husband, Stephen, is also a family nurse practitioner in Wichita Falls. As a family they enjoy outdoor time, travel, crafting, cooking, playing with their French bulldogs, and spending time together.

​​​​​Brina Rodgers brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her role as Director of Operations at Clarke Aesthetics. With many years of dedicated service within the Clarke organization, she has become a driving force in fostering a culture of excellence and care. Brina is deeply passionate about leadership, personal and professional growth, and creating an extraordinary experience for every client who walks through the doors of Clarke Aesthetics. Her journey into the aesthetics industry began in 2021, when she pursued and earned certifications in laser and radiofrequency treatments. Since then, she has combined her operational expertise with her love for aesthetics, helping clients feel more confident and empowered in their own skin. Brina is equally committed to cultivating a positive, thriving environment where her team can grow, succeed, and deliver exceptional care.

​​​​​Leslie is a licensed aesthetician with a passion for skincare, beginning her journey in the aesthetics industry in 2022. She graduated from the Ogle School of Hair, Skin, & Nails and furthered her expertise at the Texas Laser Institute, where she earned her laser certification. This solid foundation in aesthetics allows Leslie to offer clients a personalized approach to achieving their best skin.

With a passion for building lasting relationships, Leslie is dedicated to making each client feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their experience. She believes in tailoring each visit to meet the unique needs to every individual, ensuring that everyone leaves feeling rejuvenated and confident in their skin.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, taking walks with her dog, and exploring new travel destinations. Leslie is excited to help clients achieve their skin goals and is always ready to offer guidance on how to maintain healthy, glowing skin.

​​​​​Shelbey was born and raised in Wichita Falls. She graduated from the Aveda Arts and Science Institute in 2021 and has been dedicated to pursuing a career in Medical Aesthetics ever since. Her passion for aesthetics is rooted in her own experiences battling acne during her teenage years.

She understands the impact appearance can have on self-esteem, which allows her to truly connect with patients seeking help. Shelbey’s main goal in this field is to empower people, not just by improving their appearance, but by showing how aesthetics can positively transform their overall quality of life. Outside of work, Shelbey enjoys snuggling up on the couch with her dog, Millie, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
